Design Service Fees and Project Commencement
Design services are offered for spaces with a minimum area of 30 square meters.
The design service fees are calculated based on the size of the area and depend on the complexity of the design as well as the extent of the space.
Special Offer: Design fees may be applied as a credit toward furniture purchases at a later date.
Upon agreement to proceed with the services, the client will enter into a formal project commencement agreement with Fync to confirm the scope of work, terms, and procedural details.
Comprehensive Consultation with Designers
The Fync design team will engage closely with the client to thoroughly understand their lifestyle and budget, ensuring that the proposed design solution meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Design Development and 3D Perspective Rendering
A 3D perspective rendering will be created to provide the client with a realistic visualization of the space before the commencement of production and installation.
Design Revisions
Clients are entitled to a maximum of three (3) design revisions.
Once you have approved the design, the Fync production team will immediately commence work.
Every step is meticulously planned to ensure the final product aligns precisely with the approved design.
Production Timeline
The production process typically takes approximately 45 to 60 days,* depending on the nature of the work and the specific design details of each project.
Advance Installation Scheduling
Upon completion of production, the Fync team will contact you to schedule the installation date in advance, allowing you to prepare the space and plan accordingly.
Professional Installation by Specialized Technicians
Our team of specialized technicians will manage every stage of installation with precision, ensuring safety and adherence to quality standards.

Upon completion of installation, our professional Quality Control (QC) team will conduct a thorough inspection of every detail to ensure the work is complete and meets the established standards.
