Book a site visit
For more detail and accuracy, the fync team can visit your space to survey it and record the details, from room sizes and light to existing furniture and anything else that affects the design.
Assess the space and plan the look
After the survey, we review the whole picture and propose a direction that balances function, looks and your budget.
Find the style that's right for you
Minimal, modern, vintage or something else: we help you find a style you love and suggest colours, materials and designs that suit you and your space.

We take on design work for spaces of at least 30 sq m. The design fee depends on the area and how complex the design is. Bonus: the design fee can later be credited against your furniture. Once you go ahead, you sign a project agreement with fync confirming the scope, terms and work steps.

Our designers work closely with you to understand your lifestyle and budget, so the design is both beautiful and practical.
Design and 3D perspectives
We prepare 3D perspective images so you can see a realistic view of your space before production and installation begin.
Up to 3 rounds of revisions
You can revise the design up to 3 times, so every detail turns out exactly as you want.
Our production team begins right away, and every step is planned so the result matches the design you chose.
Production time
About 45-60 days*, depending on the type of work and the design details of each project.
Installation date booked in advance
When production is finished, we call you to book the installation date, so you can prepare the space and plan ahead.
Installed by specialist professionals
Our installers specialise in this work and handle every step with care, safely and to standard.
After installation, our QC team inspects every point to make sure the work is neat and up to standard.
Free cleaning*
Before handover, we clean the space after installation so your home is ready to move into.
Complete handover
Once everything passes inspection, we hand over formally, with basic care advice so your furniture stays beautiful and works well for years.

- We use purpose-built software that shows your design in 3D at the true size of your space, so you can see it before anything is made or installed.
- Designs can be customised in many styles, with every function you need, to fit the way you live.
- Our production uses AI technology, so our built-in pieces are exceptionally precise and quick and easy to install on site.
Our built-in furniture goes beyond the usual local market standard because we work to international standards, with VOC levels so low they don't affect health; it can even go in a baby's room. We select every material carefully, and our team advises, supervises and controls quality from start to finish.
Besides furniture and interior design, we also offer:
- Curtains and wallpaper
- Lift interiors, including inner and outer lift doors and parts of lift lobbies
- Exterior extensions: carports, kitchens, garden pavilions and glass rooms
- Pleated insect screen installation
We look after you from the first conversation to the finished job and beyond, with a full 1-year quality warranty. Confident in quality, confident in fync :)
Pricing depends on:
- The size of the area, and any preparation needed before installation (construction or renovation)
- The materials chosen, such as fittings, lighting and power outlets
- The number of main furniture pieces and how complex they are to install
Note: excludes electrical and electronic appliances, home décor and kitchen appliances. Our interior design service starts from 500,000 THB.
Site survey and measuring are currently free of charge. They include:
- Our team inspects and measures the site to gather detailed information for the design.
- You receive floor plan documents or files showing the true dimensions used for the design.
- If you go ahead with interior design, your designer prepares 3D renderings within 7-14 days of paying the design fee, before production (this cost can be credited as a discount).
Notes:
- The site must be ready for measuring, as this affects furniture installation.
- Our surveyor may cancel the visit immediately if the site poses a risk of accident or is unsafe.
Approximate timings for design and installation:
Step 1: Site survey
We book a date and time that suits you. Please have the space ready before our team arrives so we can measure easily.
Step 2: Design
After the survey, your designer draws a floor plan within 7-14 days. If you continue with interior design, you receive 3D designs within 7-14 days and can make up to 3 revisions.
Step 3: Production
Once you confirm the design, factory production takes 45-60 days, depending on the queue.
Step 4: Installation
We book your installation date at least 7-14 days in advance.
There are two ways to pay:
- Option 1: 100% on signing the contract (with a special discount).
- Option 2: three instalments: 50% on signing; 40% when production is complete and we send you photos of the finished pieces before installation; 10% on installation day.
